Daniel M. DeGraaf, P.E. Executive Director/CEO Based in Okemos Office	Michigan Technological University, BSCE April 2006 to present - Executive Director/CEO July 2000 to April 2006 MCPA, Director of Engineering – West Michigan Working to promote concrete pavement in local markets. Foreman, superintendent, estimator, project manager & General manager with the following companies over 23-years: Eisenhour Construction Co. (IHC) Kiewit Western Company Rieth-Riley Construction Company Hunt Paving Company As contractor estimated and constructed concrete pavements in 20+ States.

Kerry Sutton, P.E. Director of Engineering – Southeast Michigan Based in Southeast Office	Ms. Sutton is the Director of Engineering – SE-Michigan for the Michigan Concrete Paving Association. In this position she acts as the technical and informational field representative, working with engineers, contracting authorities and other decision-makers throughout the region. Ms. Sutton’s background is in civil/environmental engineering and has worked in the engineering consulting field and in the cement industry. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Michigan.

Steven M. Waalkes, P.E. Director of Engineering – West Michigan Based in West Michigan Office	Mr. Waalkes joined the Michigan Concrete Paving Association in July 2006 as the Director of Engineering – West Michigan. Most recently he was with the American Concrete Pavement Association for the last six years as the Managing Director of Technical Services and the Director of Engineering & Rehabilitation. In those roles, he assisted contractor and other members with troubleshooting and technical issues, and developed technical publications and products on concrete pavement design, construction, and rehabilitation. Mr. Waalkes has also given workshops and presentations around North America on concrete pavement practices, technology, and research. Mr. Waalkes has also worked for a consulting engineering firm and has taught university-level highway engineering courses. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering from Calvin College and a Masters of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, and a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Committee 325 on Concrete Pavements, the Transportation Research Board, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Kimberly C. Moore, CMP Office Administrator Based in Okemos Office	B.A. Michigan State University - Communications Certified Meeting Professional 2006 Kim Moore joined the Association in 1996 as it's second full-time employee. She currently holds the position of Office Administrator for the Association. Her responsibilities include Meeting Planning, Human Resources, IT support as well as making sure that the association keeps on a smooth course. Prior to coming to MCPA she worked for many other associations and non-profit organizations.

Marina Easterbrook Accounting Manager Based in Okemos Office	B.S. Michigan State University - Accounting Marina joined the association in 2002 as the part-time bookkeeper for the association. After completing her degree she was hired as the full-time Accounting Manager for the Association. She has previously worked in accounting positions for Lansing Community College and H&R Block.
